The SILK Mini Dex is an extremely versatile, accurate portable drilling machine, designed to safely and efficiently drill in situ holes. The SILK Mini Dex is supplied with 1 drive spindle as per customers requirements, either MT4 Tapered tooling, Parallel Ø25mm (Ø1") tooling, or a MK Collet kit for smaller tooling.

The SILK Mini Dex is an extremely versatile, accurate portable drilling machine, designed to safely and efficiently drill or bore in situ holes. The SILK Mini Dex is supplied with 1 drive spindle as per customers requirements, either MT4 Tapered tooling, Parallel Ø25mm (Ø1") tooling, or a MK Collet kit for smaller tooling.

SILK offer these drive spindles adaptors as optional extras for increased versatility, enabling the utilisation of HSS twist drills, trepanning cutters, tapping adaptors and other borer tooling utilising these attachments.

The machine is equipped with an 10 Speed gearbox allowing for the user to quickly and effectively change the drilling speed from 125rpm up to 2000rpm to suit each application with minimal user interaction.

The SILK Mini Dex has been proven to accurately repeat the creation of Ø38.1mm (Ø1-1/2") holes simply, accurately and quickly.
