These lightweight, portable two-axis milling machines offer a number of on-site milling solutions. Available in three rail lengths of 1118mm (44”), 1676mm (66”) and 2235mm (88”), they are suitable for a variety of applications including; use on the division plates of heat exchangers, on pump and motor foundation plates, as well as milling slots or keyways. The milling head is driven by a 3kW (4hp) pneumatic motor while the feed is driven by a 0.8kW (1.1hp) pneumatic motor.

The feed gearbox provides 5 different feed rates which are selected via the interchangeable gearing system. All three models, when fitted with the necessary adaptor plates, will accept face mills up to Ø254mm (10”), through the optional extra MK Collet kit standard ER40 tooling is now compatible for end mills, slot drills, reamers etc.

The milling head is offered with a ten-speed gearbox which accommodates a multitude of materials and cutting operations, and achieves surface finishes from 6.3mm Ra to 1.6mm Ra (250min Ra to 63min Ra).
